Returns & Refunds Policy

At NaturalToothbrushes.com, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are new, unused, and unopened.

To request a return, please email support@naturaltoothbrushes.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used toothbrushes, floss, and oral care products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
